Our Portable Hydration Unit is a rugged 12V mobile water filtration and chilled drinking water system designed to provide safe, clean drinking water for worksites, construction projects, mining operations, agriculture, emergency services, and remote locations.
Manufactured from heavy-duty rotationally moulded, high-visibility orange, impact-resistant polyethylene, the unit is built to withstand harsh outdoor environments while remaining highly visible and easy to transport.
Chilled Drinking Water Anywhere
The integrated 12V compressor cooling system chills water to approximately 5°C, providing refreshing drinking water even in hot working conditions. A pressurised dispensing system ensures consistent water flow without the need for manual pumping.
An optional model is also available with an integrated hot water system, capable of heating up to 6 litres of water per heating cycle.
Advanced Multi-Stage Water Filtration
The Portable Hydration Unit features a unique multi-stage filtration and purification system that delivers clean, great-tasting drinking water wherever a reliable water supply is required.
The filtration process includes:
- 1 to 3 micron pre-filtration to remove sediment, dirt, and suspended particles before water enters the 20-litre storage tank.
- A natural disinfection system that purifies the water while providing ongoing protection against secondary contamination introduced through the dispensing tap.
- A specialised carbon block filter that removes contaminants and microorganisms, including Giardia, while improving water taste and odour.
- A final carbon block filter inside the storage tank, ensuring water receives a final stage of filtration immediately before dispensing.
Efficient 12V Vehicle Powered Operation
Designed for remote worksites and mobile applications, the Portable Hydration Unit operates directly from a 12V vehicle battery, with a low power consumption of approximately 25 amp-hours per day, making it an economical solution for continuous field use.
